Certified True Copies
We offer certified true copy services for eligible documents, verifying that a copy is a complete and accurate reproduction of the original. Notaries in Indiana cannot certify copies of vital records such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, or death certificates. However, a notary may certify copies of certain documents if the original is presented and the act is permitted under Indiana law. Each certification is handled with attention to detail and in accordance with Indiana notarial laws.

FAQ
What forms of identification do you accept?
We accept valid, government-issued photo IDs such as Driver's License, State ID cards, U.S. Passports, Foreign Passports, military IDs and permanent resident cards.
Do all signers need to be present at the same time?
​Yes, in most cases all signers must be physically present at the time of notarization. This ensures each individual can be properly identified, is signing willingly, and understands the document.
What fees do you charge?
$10.00 - Each Notarial Act
$40.00 - Mobile/Admin Fee
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
$50.00 - After Hours Mobile/Admin Fee Between 6 PM - 8 AM
$0.70/mile (Round Trip) - Mileage Fee (Outside of Columbus, IN)

What Documents Can We Notarize?
We offer notarization services on an array of documents, including loan agreements, real estate documents, powers of attorney, Oath/Affirmation, affidavits, acknowledgements, jurats, trusts, last will and testament, bank forms, marriage license and more.

Do you offer electronic notary services?
Yes, our electronic service lets you complete notarizations digitally while meeting with us in person. Sign and notarize documents using secure electronic signature and seals for a fast, paperless experience.
Can you help me fill out or prepare my documents?

No, we cannot give legal advice or draft documents. Your document must be completed before the appointment, with no blank required fields. Do no pre-sign the document.
When is payment due and what payment methods do you accept?
Payment for general notary work is required at the time of appointment before we stamp/notarize your document.

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and cash (Exact change required).

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us via phone at 812-341-8428 or email at 4allseasonsnotary@gmail.com

No-Shows:
A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, therefore, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule.​

Refund Eligibility:
All notary services, once provided, may not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the service. These services include but are not limited to completed notarizations or notary acts that have been executed and finalized.

Refundable Circumstances:
If we are unable to fulfill the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue in our end, a full refund, will be provided.

Refund request:
Refund requests must be submitted via email at 4allseasonsnotary@gmail.com within 3 days from the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Note that the timeframe for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
